You can ask us to delete personal data associated with your use of an a3labs app or service by following the instructions below.

Email privacy@a3labs.ai with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
In your message, include your full name, the email address or phone number connected to the app, the name of the app or service you used, and any relevant Facebook, Meta, or WhatsApp account identifier. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials.
We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity and locate the correct records. Once verified, we will delete or permanently anonymise the personal data associated with the app or service, unless we must retain specific information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
We will confirm when the request has been completed. We aim to respond and complete valid requests within 30 days, or within any shorter period required by applicable law. If more time is lawfully needed, we will let you know.
Where applicable law requires us to keep certain records, those records will be restricted to the required purpose and deleted when the applicable retention period ends. Data may also remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten through our normal retention cycle.
